Would RecommendThis purchase was in fact a replacement by Media on a unit that worked but was lazy keeping the refrigerator area within the correct Temp. Media's customer service was about as good as it gets in getting the issue looked at with a Tech and replaced with a brand new one from Lowes. My Wife and I really like this French door unit with great features for an incredible price. The shelves provide plenty of room as well as the side shelves inside the doors, The water dispenser does a cute little jingle when dispensing water. It also has a lighted display to see the number of ounces measured as your glass fills.
