Damage during installation
Would RecommendDuring installation my product was damaged by the installers in 3 places on the inside of the left door. As expensive as this product is, it was disappointing to realize they damaged my brand new fridge after they left my home. The damage was minor but again, with it being a brand new product it’s disappointing it was damaged at all.
Amazing value and 2 year warranty
Would RecommendGreat fridge. Water/Ice dispenser is fantastic. It has an autofill feature that we love. Tons of space and we tried the Samsung 31 Mega and sent it back for this one.

Would Not RecommendImmediately after we got this refrigerator last year, we had nothing but problems! Contacted Midea- horrible customer service. Told us to remove everything and turn the fridge off and that would solve the problem of - freezer not freezing items and not making ice in either ice maker... wouldn't send a technician out. Would Not RecommendTotal piece of garbage. Refrigerator delivered on 7/13/2026. Has not worked cooling at all. Will not go below 50 degrees. Under manufacturer warranty and they have tried to fix 3 times. Lowes manager won't even talk to me in person about issue. Garbage garbage garbage

Unfortunate dud
Would Not RecommendHave gotten two separate of these fridges over the last week, both of them broken for different reasons. On the first, the display panel was stuck in a lock position, and looked like it was jammed into the door frame. The second fridge wouldn’t get below 50° (after 48 hours of being plugged in) and couldn’t make ice. In both instances Midea said to return the unit back to Lowe’s instead of sending out a technician to fix. Great features for the price point, but no reliability.
