Broken - WEEKS for repair - STILL not fixed

Thsi arrived LATE because the truck broke down. We waited around ALL DAY only to be told at 7:45 pm that the truck broke down. So we had to wait two more days to be delivered. At delivery it was Broken. The fridge itself works but the ice maker in the door did not. We called immediately to talk to Midea because we bought the 5 year warranty. After getting the run around we finally got a repairman to come over a WEEK later….. however, he didn’t show up either. Because GUESS WHY? He broke down!! ...

Very reasonable price

After looking at refrigerators at different places for hours, We like the design and quality feel of interior and dual ice maker's that work well. I like the bluetooth function being able to make changes and monitor temperature

BUY IT

I love everything about this fridge so far!!! I have only had it a week. But the organization and space is top tier. The ice is ICING. We go through ALOT of ice so the fact we have more than we can use is HUGE. As of right now I would def buy it again and tell others to. Will update if anything changes.

Midea Jumbo French Door Refrigerator

We just got our new fridge on Monday and so far so good. We are very pleased with this product. I do however agree that it does take some time for the ice to get made (but figure since there are two different units for this it might be the issue). The gentleman that delivered the fridge where very helpful and got the job done quickly.

Owners manual useless!

You have to be a rocket scientist or have history with the product to get it started working properly. My question what was wrong with a normal off/on switch on the icemaker?? Ridiculous!

check and make sure you have all parts and screws

The refrigerator had the handles for the doors, but no screws to mount on. I have return to the store and no one can help. I've went to several other Lowe's other than the one I've purchased from and no one seems to have the screws to mount the door handles.

CAME DAMAGED

Will update review when then are able to bring me the fridge successfully. If the fridge is at a local store you would think lowe's would send it from there- Nope they send one all the way from MA. Doesn't make much sense.

Never buy from this company

Damaged on arrival and i trued to work with the delivery people 5 attempts i have to give up retuned for a refund i will never buy from here again

Pleased with this refrigerator!

Recent purchase this month (May 2024). We reviewed many brands, looked them over and found this Midea unit to be the best option for us. Firstly, capacity was important. This unit has over 29 cubic feet of storage. The French doors hold a lot of groceries and the right side middle shelf is adjustable (easy to move up and down) as does the internal top compartment hold a lot. Adjustable shelving is robust and one of the shelves provides for half of the shelf to slide back to allow tall container...

I love my new refrigerator! After 11 years of a Samsung side by side.... it finally quit. Thank goodness I wish I could have gotten rid of it years ago. Generous Space and Quiet Operatiobn

Generous space. Very quiet. I am not crazy about the how the water and ice dispenser requires me to activate the option I want each time. I would prefer if it was ready to dispense water when I put my glass under the dispenser and touch the the sensor behind the glass. We had to return the first unit that was delivered because the icemaker never kicked in, but the new unit works perfectly.
