This has been perfect for us. We love the water pitcher in the door. My only complaint would be that the freezer is a little smaller than I would have liked. I do however love the ice tray with multiple sizes of ice.

Would Not RecommendThe refrigerator was delivered on September 1st. 2 days in I noticed it was making all the ice into one big chunk by leaking water drops over the ice and then it freezes. the worse part isn't that. The worse part is that I payed for a warranty I can't use because the fridge is new, it's covered under the manufacturers warranty. However to many days old to get a replacement. Would Not RecommendBought it. It stopped working after 2 months, food were thawed and it's not cooling/freezing. Lowe's won't do anything even tho we bought warranty with Lowe's. Apparently it's cover under manufacturer warranty but Midea is dragging their feet when it comes to service. I got an email from Midea 9/3 and still haven't got any service done on my fridge today, 9/10/2026. This is what I'm dealing with right now.

Would RecommendThe room you have in the doors is incredible, great layout! The only knock is the shelf with the adjustable slot does not lock into the other shelf. It isn't solid unless you attach it to the other one. I put a bolt in it to make it secure and it's been great and you don't even see it.

Freezer not working after only a months
Would Not RecommendFreezer will not stay at temp. It cycles and thaws continuously. Getting a service technician out to look at it has been a complete cluster. Two weeks and still waiting. Have thrown out a bunch of food. No offer to make it right from Lowes or Midea!

Media refrigerator-freezer is a WIN-WIN !
We bought this Midea refrigerator/ freezer to replace an ALL fridge refrigerator that had died … wanting the same amount of space that we had with the previous refrigerator, we were surprised that this actually afforded us that, and the bonus of a very large freezer and additional ice maker that makes small and larger sized ice cubes PLUS a water pitcher dispenser, sold us !! We LOVE our purchase and could not be happier !!

Icemaker broke after a week
Icemaker stopped working a week after installation. Called recommended midea repair and after looking at it said that the part that is no good cannot be replaced. Hecsaid midea would call me and offervwither a refund or a replacement. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard anything yet. I called Lowes and they washed their hands of it too saying it was a midea problem
