Midea Electric Range Panel Issues

We purchased a Midea Electric Range Model # MES30S2AST as part of a kitchen upgrade project in 2023. The limited use range worked well for about 15 months until we noticed the red (oven on/off) light was staying on even though the oven was off. We contacted Media, was told our warrantee had expired and we would be responsible for the cost of repair. Since it was just the light we decided to let it go. Love this range

I'm so glad that I bought this range. It fit perfectly in my cabinet. Love the features and especially the overlapping top that makes a seal leaving no space between the range and cabinet. Great buy.

Cooks evenly

Extremely happy with my purchase. Sales person allowed me time to decide and was patient until I made my selection. The stove cooks perfectly and easy clean up. Stove was delivered in 2 days, and set up within minutes. Very polite and courteous men.

Reliable

We have had our oven almost 3 years, it comes with a manual that guides you through any questions. We have had not one functional issue and the oven cooks evenly without drying food. The stovetop still looks great and is easy to keep clean daily with a daily glass top spray cleaner, the large burner is a little big for most pots and pans, but is great for my large covered frying pan

electrical nightmare

within the first year I had the stove go out on me twice due to control panel issues. I would not recommend this product nor will be buying from this company again.

This product is horrible. DO not waste your money buying this boat anchor. Only 1 year old and had multiple issues!!! Buy a good product or oven!!!

This range is an excellent choice.

I bought a Medea dishwasher 2 years ago and am so happy with it that I decided to buy the Range and microwave too! I'm wish I'd done it sooner! I love everything about this range. It's sturdy, well made, beautiful, cooks evenly, the oven is larger than normal and the door is larger as well. I am able to see clearly into the oven when the light is on. And the included meat thermometer feature was a nice little premium surprise :)

Almost three years later and I need a new one.

Went to turn on my front right burner and there was a loud noise and a bright orange light. Turned off my power , and unplugged the Midea , checked the circuit , and plugged the stove back in. The stove clock came on , and then the noise and bright orange light ( which I now realize was fire) came back. Right after that I unplugged it and haven’t touched it since. I have loved this stove , but as a young family with kids. I can’t trust the oven or the brand from this point on. My families safety...

Absolutely terrible product and customer service

The oven as installed the first time I went to open the door the glass smashed. I called customer service they sent a new door it was also smashed. I had to pay to dispose of both doors. After second door came I actually got to use oven and noticed fan was making a noise in the back and so I called and they claimed they created a ticket I had to call a total of 5 times and still don’t have the noise looked at
