Midea gave me paperwork marking it as scrap metal and said return unit to store; Lowe’s would not take it. Restarted process. No one knew why a technician was never sent before marking as scrap metal. Technician came out, the part(s) needed are on back order and will not be available until further notice. They ended up refunding me and NOT disposing of the unit. Warranty process took about 3 months, ...

The absolute worst stove I have ever owned
Would Not RecommendTakes forever to get hot since the day it was delivered the hot cooktop light has remained on even if the stove is not used for days cannot fry anything on it because it doesn’t get hot enough and now one of the burners have stopped working and I have only had it for five months. Do not recommend to anyone ever.

Great stove made by a great company
Would RecommendI purchased this stove about 4 months ago. After using it for a month it quit working. I went on Midea's website and filed a warranty claim. They responded immediately! It turned out the stove quit working due to an issue with my electric. I was surprised how responsive Midea was. Even after it was discovered that this was my issue, Midea still called me to make sure my new stove was working OK.

Delivered the wrong color
Would Not RecommendI was told I was number 24 in line today. I waited from 3:30 to 6:30 with a sprained ankle and they delivered the wrong color stove. I ordered stainless steel. Not only that it had a chip in the white enamel. What a nightmare.

Nice in appearance and size
Would RecommendCon is that each time I used a different burner for the first time the stove errored and then had to switch breaker off then back on. Pro is that it only happened with first use and now the stove top burners work wonderfully. The over compartment is large and the racks slide in and out smoothly. Is a very nice looking stove.
