This handle has suction cups to attach to the shower walls. I must say that I was somewhat hesitant about using it. I have to admit that all suspicion was unwarranted because the suction cups are super strong. Excellent purchase and surprisingly inexpensive.

Would RecommendI have tried 2 other vacuum grips and they did not hold anything close to as well as this one. I had given up looking for a grip till I was in Lowes and saw this grip used as a handle on a large metal drawer. I tried pulling, pushing, lifting and sliding it. It didn't budge. Have been using now for at least 4 months and hasn't loosened. I would highly recommend this for anyone as long as it is used on a flat smooth surface.
