Broke at 8 months old, flooded the house... :-(

Bought Feb 7, 2026, delivered Feb 9, 2026, installed via Lowe's order delivery. Bought new hoses, just to start fresh. Oct 3, 2026, went into the laundry room and the entire side of the house, the patio and the garage are all flooded. Hoses are fine. Unplugging stopped the "gushing" water, but it still tricked out of basin and onto the floor. Can't drain the washer cuz it just pumps the basin water full speed out onto the floor. Disappointed

I bought one 5 years ago because of their good quality reputation. It worked great for about 4 years and now it can’t even wash a shower curtain. Now when I do laundry and the wash is complete, my clothes are still wet.

do you want a washing machine that'll quit around the time the total warranty runs out, then I have a deal for you, they built it to last 366 days, unless your lucky enough to have it quit on the 317th day. Better buy that extended warranty from lowes you're gonna need it.

Great washer

I’m very happy with this washer so far. It cleans clothes well, has easy-to-use settings, and runs much quieter than I expected. The capacity is great for larger loads, and it has made laundry much easier.

better buy the extended warranty, cuz it's designed to quit around the 1 year total warranty mark....maytag is hoping that it lasts 366 days....goes from sense to done in record time

I brought this washing machine a few weeks ago and it was totally worth the money great product easy to use and works amazing the install was quick and easy.

Terrible Washer

Recently bought this washer to replace a much older one. Trying to wash bedding is a nightmare. I know how to place things evenly in a washer yet it starts flashing lights and tries to adjust load as if it isn't even regardless of how even I know it is. And don't leave the house with it going because it doesn't stop spinning and trying to adjust, so ot gets hot.

Ragtag does it's usually job with all types of clothing. Very satisfied

Defective lid lock

Broke down twice in 49 days. Lid Locking mechanism failure - unit won’t run. MFG repaired and it failed again.
