My 10 year old Maytag died mid wash, went to my local Lowe's, asked about this one but only if they had it in stock. I don't need or want all the fancy features many new machines come with. This machine has all the basics that are needed for washing clothes. I had shopped online, but absolutely nothing was available for pickup. Maytag should have been made better
I bought this a month ago. The top panel where you turn it on is cheaply made. When you push the start button, it feels like the panel goes in too far and wonder if it will hold up. I had one just like this only lasted 5 years. Thought maybe this time it would last longer, since they were Maytag brand.

Would Not Recommendno one wants to help me at maytag or lowes as to why my new maytag washer wont fill with water to even cover the cloths does NOT get anything clean at all... No one is helping get it returned even though i called and called and they told me they would call me back and they made sure it was past the 48 hours for a return after they said they would help. Now i have a poiece of junk and have to take everyone to court i guess. Filling daaye is monday OCT. 5Th.
