Would Not RecommendWould recommend the washer but not the delivery. They refused to unhook washer and reinstall new washer. We had paid for the needed hose and installation. We had someone here to unhook and remove but they would not wait to install new washer. They left it in garage and drove off. Will not use them again if this is the way they do business

Would Not RecommendWasher was delivered on 8/26/26, washed small load on 8/29/26 noticed small pool of water coming from under washer. Checked connection and found the installer had hot water line connected to cold inlet of washer and cold to hot inlet I corrected it and checked that water lines were not leaking. When used next on 9/5/26 water was spraying out from inside the washer and flooding laundry room. Talked to Lowes associate and was informed I could not return because of 48 hour return policy, called May...

Too loud!

I have never purchased any over the top washers. The washer I bought this month is a basic washer with no bells and whistles as always. I’ve been very disappointed with this washer. It is so loud! Take some time to get use to.
Would RecommendTo soon to tell if we are totally satisfied with this machine, only used it three times. It seems to be doing the job well enough though,we have no complaints. Bigger than are last one and different noises, so it’s going to take some time to get used to. One thing that does come to mind is I’m not to fond of the lid lock, old one didn’t have that (23 years)

Love this washer!

The washer that I replaced was 19 years old and I was afraid of how much Computerization went into the newer washer( More to break) I love this washer , it’s perfect ! Still has the agitator and is computerized, but not completely.

Sorry I traded it for a new model.
Problems with new Maytag washer: 1) must be a balance issue. Spin cycle causes loud banging noise. Tried rearranging clothes, did not help. 2) does not always empty all the water. Had to run the rinse and spin cycle another time. Only happened once but doubt it will be the only time. My old Maytag ran quietly and without incident.
