What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise this washer for its powerful cleaning performance, large capacity, and intuitive controls. Many highlight the effective agitator, quick cycles, and strong spin that reduces drying time. The spacious tub handles bulky loads easily, and reviewers appreciate the simple operation and customizable wash options. However, many note excessive noise during operation, particularly from the lid-locking mechanism and startup. Some report occasional white film on clothes requiring a second rinse. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it a reliable, practical choice.

quite and fast
Our old machine gave years of good service but finally gave up the ghost. The new machine runs so quiet you can forget it is running. The new setting of "quick wash" on light soiled items speeds up the wash.

Awesome Washer
Would RecommendVery big tub! The knobs are easy to read to choose different functions. The agitator works great! This washer can really handle a load of jeans or towels smoothly! And blankets are no problem for this washer!

Would RecommendI needed a new washer and bought my first ever Maytag. It works great. Will let you know in a year if that holds true.

Ok so far.
It is doing the job so far. I had to go on line to get a full set of instructions and information on what each cycle does. I wish the info would come with the machine.

Had to cancel order
Complete failure with logistics delivery! Logistics hung up on me three times. This after telling me they would call me right back regarding delivery. I called Lowe’s customer service and girl was short with me after I detailed my earlier experience. She was not empathetic at all. I canceled order as they said it would another week to reschedule. This is unacceptable customer service. You’ve lost a customer.
I REALLY DON'T LIKE THE WAY IT VIBRATES IN SPIN CYCLE.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a whirlpool before this may tag and I could load my washer while the water was running..I can't with this one..and this new may tag does not spin as much water out as the old one..thats my only compliment..
