I had ice forming on the back wall of the fridge and then dripping over the shelves in a few days after delivery. I called the manufacturer and was told that they would give me an RMA that I would take to Lowe’s for a return. I was told that this model is no longer in production and they could not fix it. My question to Lowe’s is why did they not disclose this information at the time of sale? I would have never purchased the product to begin with. In addition, I have yet to receive the RMA from ...

Great fridge but is VERY loud when running. It makes more noise than my older, standard size fridge

Doesn't run cold enough.
Not sure how this is considered a fridge. It cools to only 46 degrees on its highest setting. It is not safe to store food in.

Best Little Under Counter Refrigerator
We bought this refrigerator to replace a similar refrigerator that stoped cooling. The primary criteria on this purchase was size. We needed an under counter refrigerator that would fit the existing opening. Although we were not familiar with this brand, it was the exact size we needed. The refrigerator was very easy to install, it is quiet and the interior is designed very well. We couldn’t be happier with this refrigerator.
