Not like my old Masterbuilt. Cheaper for sure.

Very disappointed in this smoker. I had another Masterbuilt electric for years; with Bluetooth and internal thermometer. I assumed (bad to do) that this one would be equipped the same way, but no. But more importantly, the ambient temp in the smoker gets no higher than 235 F when the smoker temp setting is maxed out at 275. This on a 75 degree day. Granted, there is a breeze, but I like to smoke in January when the temps can be zero. So i'm guessing there is no way i'll be able to get thi...

Doesn't work.

I bought this in April. Used it once. Next time I went to use it, it won't heat up. Extremely disappointed, and will be returning to the store.

Great Smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this smoker for about six months. I am a beginner at smoking food and this unit works great for me. I set the thermostat and timer, and some water and wood chips and letter go. I do use a digital meat thermometer probe. I love this smoker for the ease of use and relatively small footprint. Food comes out great!

Great smoker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for Father's Day and use it often. It's great for chicken, pork, crab legs, and chex mix, among other things. I strongly recommend this smoker to anyone who is interested in an easy way to smoke various foods. Just set the temp and timer and add chips and recommended intervals.

The secondhand smoker

It saves you time from washing dishes and pots and pans. I’m telling you now my next smoker Brand New will be from masterbruilt so win-win.

Amazing smoky flavor

Awesome little Smoker!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a pretty darn good smoker, and it links to your cell phone! I love it! The only thing I wish were different would be the size of the hooper for the wood chips. It needs to be bigger so I don’t have to keep refilling it when I have a long smoke going on. Other than that, great little smoker!

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Masterbuilt was great and lasted for years. The new replacement is not even close in quality. The door and the glass both leak water and smoke . The front of the door has developed a hole in the metal. Iv only used it 5 Times . This is the last Masterbuilt product I will ever buy .

Excellent Smoker

Upgraded from 30" to 40" because I use it so much

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I essentially used up every bit of life in the 30" smoker. It was tight for full slabs of ribs forcing me to cut them in half. Now the 40" smoker takes 8 full slabs of ribs snd I can smoke a 20lb turkey and larger sized brisket. I am more than happy with the performance of your product. Now I have my eye on your lump charcoal smoker / grill combos. Looks intriguing 😁

Leaving the Traeger Smoker/Grill behind

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a masterbuilt years ago and it died of natural causes. I then tried Traeger, since you could fill the pellets and it would smoke for hours. Lid did not seal (loss of smoke) and thin wall construction (loss of heat) made for a poor / sad smoker.. (expensive too) I'm now back in the Masterbuilt family and also got the add-on smoker where you can stack chips for extended unattended smoking. LOVING IT...

Cheaply built.

I bought this smoker to replace my ten year old masterbuilt smoker. The word disappointed is best described how i feel. The over all build quality is garbage! The metal is extremely thin, it sounds hallow when you tap it as to where my old smoker sounds solid. I understand they are trying to keep the price down but man was a disappointment! the sad part it i was excited to get a new smoker. Not now!
