Ratings & Reviews for Masterbuilt 200-Sq. in Black Portable Charcoal Grill

NO SURPRISE

Impressive battery life ……  but just like all the Masterbuilt products the fan crap, and  lasted only 2 cooks.  Pretty sad when the batteries last longer than fan.  Masterbuilt slogan should be “always have a plan B”

Small grill, big results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's no question that charcoal grilling beats gas grilling, but I've never quite gotten the hang of managing the temperature in a charcoal grill. We already owned a Masterbuilt Gravity Series 800 to remedy that problem, but we really wanted something we could take with us for our trips to the North Carolina shore. Along came Masterbuilt once again, this time with their Portable Charcoal Grill/Smoker. While it doesn't have the precise control...

Camping was a dream

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had one of the portable grills for years and loved multiple camping trips with dinner cooked over the grill. We gave it to my daughter as her kids got older and started camping and we miss it

Loved it! But then it got stolen

Living on a fixed income, I had to save for a bit, but I wanted the best. I had only used it a couple of times, and couldn't wait until the next time I'd get to grill. I was in the hospital for a week, only to come home, and find that it had been stolen. But, it was truly amazing, from what I had used it.

Better than expected!!

Amazing Little Grill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this portable grill for Christmas and it has not disappointed! I cooked a tri tip along with some chicken breasts on it so far and it’s provided amazing results. Can’t wait to cook some more in it while camping.

Nice Portability!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this portable grill over a year ago and it's still going strong with no issues. I also own the 1050 gravity series, and this portable grille is like it's little brother for smoking and grilling. I load this it in the back of my pickup truck and take it on vacation destinations and to my friends and families houses to grille up wings, ribs, brats and burgers. I'm very happy with this purchase!

Great grill

This little grill does it all!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this grill and it can handle anything. I've smoke chicken, pork ribs and even a brisket with zero issues. I was able to smoke and maintain a consistent temperature throughout all my cooks!

Not ready for prime time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simply, this grill is not designed for grilling with charcoal briquettes. Cannot get to temperature with charcoal. If you use lump, no problem, but charcoal briquettes are iffy at best.

So Easy to Use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Masterbuilt Portable Charcoal Grill and Smoker is awesome. It does everything all in one device. It is so easy to use as well. I found it to be light weight for easy carry and pretty easy to clean after use.

Very Convenient

Very nice grill

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had it about 1 year. Great for chicken but mine won't get hot enough to put a good sear on a steak. Overall I am happy with it
