Terrible new lock won’t open with key

Bought 4 pack one is stuck closed I used the other 2 and afraid how the 4th one will act. Also the key is terrible never know which way it goes into lock. Sad Master Lock used to mean quality

Very solid lock. Easy to use, open, and close. Many sturdy locks are difficult to open or stiff. This lock is neither, very user friendly and easy to use, while still providing the security that we were looking for.
