Good lock

Easy to use and I use a few of these around the house with the same code. no going after the keys. One thing I found out when starting to use this lock is that after you set the tumblers to the code, you need to push the lock in and then it will unlock. Don’t just give it a pull. Like any luck be sure that during the winter months you install some kind of covering to keep the elements out.

This "outdoor" lock rusted out within six weeks and was unusable. Waste of money.

High Quality - Has Key and Combination!

The lock appears to be high quality. I'm actually pleasantly surprised, because I did not realize the lock has a pin and a backup key. This is extremely convenient for me, as this lock is being used in the outdoors in Michigan winters. Sometimes combination locks can struggle to turn when it gets too cold so I was happy to see that this one had a backup key.

I bought 2 of these locks and had to return 1 of them due to once I set the combination and tested the lock I could not get it reopen.

Numbers Fade Quickly

Locking mechanism works well but the paint on the combo numbers fade quickly in the weather and become illegible. Poor quality paint for a lock this expensive, in my opinion.
