Would RecommendMine came with NO hardware for the top grille portion. When you call Lowes support, they don't have a part # nor a contact to provide this hardware. How can I get this hardware? They were however able to replace the temp gauge that filled with water at the first rain it received. Tried to ask this in questions, but just like Lowe's, their website just gives errors or excuses and doesn't fix the actual problem.

But when i called and reported it i was sent a replacement and it was better packaged and it didn't arrive looking like the first one that came. Big ups to lowes for acting fast with replacing the damage item.
