What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this thinset mortar for exceptional ease of use and reliable adhesion, particularly with large-format tiles. Reviewers consistently highlight smooth, lump-free mixing, effortless application, and extended working time before setting. The product excels at holding tiles securely on walls and floors, including porcelain and natural stone in high-moisture areas like bathrooms. Many users report deep loyalty, repeatedly choosing it for projects. A few mention isolated adhesion issues, but these are universally attributed to improper installation or substrate preparation rather than product failure. Overall, customers consider it a dependable, high-quality choice for both beginners and experienced installers.

Very good for natural stone tiles and large tile.
Would RecommendI recommend this mortar especially if you are using a natural stone tile or need a thicker bed of mortar. It is more expensive but I have found it to mix well and white is good if you accidentally have a little showing between tiles that you didn't see. Clean up is not too difficult. It is also recommended for large tile and it have always experienced excellent adhesion.

Grey color is difficult to find.
Waited 3 weeks before purchasing because I wanted the “Gray” colored mastic, not white. But finally ran out of time and was forced to purchase white.
