Would RecommendUsed this on a smooth finish concrete. Applied with a 18” roller. Was just enough to do my 328 sq. ft. Clean up was easy with water. Just do it as soon as you finish. Was able to clean toilet to reuse again. The rough surface it leaves gives me more confidence that the tile job is going to last and not come up.

Would RecommendI used this product to apply 8x8"porcelain tile over a 20 year-old bathroom floor covered in linoleum, which is apparently a controversial issue. I first sanded the linoleum, which had a glossy surface, followed by two applications of EcoPrim with an intervening interval of about 6 hours, after which the surface was prickly (enough to cut your skin). The following day I mortared-down the tile, with results that were "so far so good".
