What Customers Are Saying
The window well cover appears to have mixed performance. While it effectively keeps water, debris, and pests out when intact, many customers reported issues with the product's durability and fragility. The plastic material was described as brittle and cheap, leading to cracking and breaking during installation or normal use. However, the cover does serve its intended purpose of diverting water and allowing light into the basement when undamaged. Customers also found it generally easy to install and praised its appearance. Overall, the product is functional but may lack the robustness and longevity expected, requiring careful handling to avoid damage.

Broken
Package arrived yesterday, (9/3/2025) cover was broken. Had to have been packaged that way, because the pieces were not in the box, which was taped heavily. Now I have to make a trip to the store and hopefully they will replace the item.
