What Customers Are Saying
The window well cover appears to have mixed performance. While it effectively keeps water, debris, and pests out when intact, many customers reported issues with the product's durability and fragility. The plastic material was described as brittle and cheap, leading to cracking and breaking during installation or normal use. However, the cover does serve its intended purpose of diverting water and allowing light into the basement when undamaged. Customers also found it generally easy to install and praised its appearance. Overall, the product is functional but may lack the robustness and longevity expected, requiring careful handling to avoid damage.

Lowes Has What You Need
Recently, I purchased a cover for my window well. Before my purchase, I checked for the product in two other businesses similar to Lowes. They did not carry the product. This has happened many times but Lowes always seems to carry what I need. In addition, employees at Lowes are always friendly and ready to help, making for a pleasurable experience.
