Would Not RecommendThe mounting instructions seemed adequate, at first glance, in store. Gently pry up plastic and secure with screws through wood!?!? only the wood, plastic and aluminum are brad stapled in multiple places throughout. virtually impossible to pry apart without damaging. I damaged the first one, bought two for two doors, Ended up drilling /countersink, visible screws. more time and effort than worth for expense, and I really didn't want exposed screws!?!? I doubt I would recommend
