Not user friendly.

 Would Not Recommend

I'm not sure how anyone is expected to get the rubber seal into place after the metal plate is screwed down. This product also did not come with any instructions or guidelines on installing the rubber seal. I had to revert to YouTube for answers and found that I was not alone in this search for answers. I had to use soapy water as a lubricant to install the seal but this was not a permanent solution as the seal worked itself loose from the metal base. I will be returning this product.

Bottom Door Plate

It worked perfect. I had a gap of about 1/2 inch after installing an exterior door. This bottom door plate work great. yes I would recommend. Thank you.

Threshold

 Would Recommend

Screws to hod the threshold down are under a rubber. If the threshold is tightly fitted it is difficult to install the rubber. Plus there are no instructions to assist with this.

Very versatile, used with 32" door. And still came out better, after cutting and removing old one, used it as pattern to cut this one . Works great, better seal than before.

I have not installed this yet, but it is similar or the same that I have currently installed at a different location. And that is the reason that I bought this, because this style seems to work much better than the other style that I have installed.
