Would RecommendBought three for C'mas gifts for daughter & two other new campers. Just had to unpack one and try it out. I have had another brand of headlamp for fishing and love the concept. I also use mine for outdoor cooking in the dark! Back to the LUX - I was very impressed with the power of the main light and even more happy with the secondary dispersed light capability.
