You stick it in the ground so that you can see the little flag and it is what you expected. But come on you’re gonna charge me and put your name on them so that all my neighbors know I’m advertising for Lowes. You should pay me! Also, some of the plastic flags were stuck together. Next one I buy will not have advertising.
