Would RecommendExcellent tree stand at a solid price. I bought 2 this year for a couple trees in that 6-8ft range. No problems, the spikes in the bottom help and the nutsert is metal so you're not relying on plastic threads of any kind. I searched for awhile and would buy this again in a heartbeat.
Edge too weak for a large tree
