Would RecommendI have the fingerprint deadbolt on all of my exterior doors. I reverse the lock so the fingerprint access is on the INSIDE and the deadbolt handle/battery pack is on the outside. This makes it so my son, who is prone to eloping, does not run out of the house and get himself into mischief (or worse). You will need another lock to keep the house secure from the outside, but this is a small inconvenience for the peace of mind I have knowing that once the Lockly deadbolts engage, I can breathe eas...

Secure and easy to set up
