I was struggling installing my Vision Pro lock because I moved from my house that had a left in swing door to a right in swing door. I struggled for about an hour then Sandra came to help and told me what I needed to do. What she told me fixed it in 10 seconds.

Excellent security features

I bought my lock a few years ago. Instantly fell in love with its features, most importantly randomized keypad. Recently we encountered an issue with it where it would ring a bell randomly amd finally it stopped working. I reached out to cuatomer service and their response and willingness to problem solution was nothing but exceptional. I highly recommend lockly products!!!

All the feature one could need in a smart lock

I had to replace the door that my old Lockly was on, so I bought a replacement. The old lock was working but the display was weathered and not readable .

Best smart lock!

I just love all the features it has and no subscription required! It has built-in camera that is very clear and high definition with two way audio . I can lock and unlock it remotely, access can be codes or fingerprints or key… it’s just incredible. I recommend it highly.!

Great features

Lockley has provided excellent service and phone support to enable me to set up the lock from scratch, as it came with the house we just purchased and needed to be securely registered to me. The lock has many great features including fingerprint entry, 1080p video, doorbell, remote unlocking as well as traditional key entry. A very secure product. Highly recommended.

limited application

The strike plate is magnetic. And it is twice as thick as the typical strike plate. I bought a different model Lockly lock for another door in the house and the straight plate was not magnetic and the lock is beautiful. This one is entirely different. The five thousand dollar French front door on my house isn't special. It's just expensive. You can see in the photo that the strike plate has to be the conventional normal size and normal thickness.
