The Lockly Vision lock is amazing

I bought this about a year ago and it is great for opening and locking with my phone. Also, assisting visitors when they come to stay with me for a little while.

Very solid and super safe and easy to use

This model I like a lot because it also has a doorbell fingerprint keypad. It has everything and it works very good. Plus you can look through the camera call it doesn’t delay the voice or anything. I am very happy with it. I bought one for the front door one for the back Now all my family members have one too on top of everything if you have any problems, I lost my keys to one of these locks and they took care of the problem right away without any additional fee.

Lockly experience

Lockly helped with malfunctioning lock and gave us the service that I needed. But today it got turned around and I’m very excited how they stepped up to make it right. I recommend their products hands-down I’ve never found any other that is as dependable as theirs.

A must-have for every home!

The product is quite easy to install and its app is very handy and user-friendly. Sometimes, however, it takes a few additional seconds to connect and respond a bit slow on closing or opening but, overall it is a great product. We love the feature that, when the small plate is moved in order to insert the key (in case you want to open it from outside with they key), the app sends you an alarm like if somebody is trying to enter. It is great!

Lovely Lockly!

I’ve had this product for over two years now and in that time it has been an asset due its convenience both when I’m home and abroad. Being able to visually monitor when someone is at my door and who they are is priceless. I use the option mostly that allows me to open the door from anyone that I have cellular service or a WiFi connection when friends come over to let my dog out. Thanks Lockly!

The lock wouldn’t connect to WiFi, engineers fixed

Our Lockly Vision app had trouble connecting to the new modem. I called and work with a help specialist for an hour, then their engineering team work on it overnight and it worked great the next day. Very happy to have the lock working completely! They provided extra tips for using the app and changing the battery. Only drawback was it took a while to fix.

Missing 1 feature to make it the best in market

This is in awesome lock only wish it had a motion sensor to let would be porch thifes know that they are being recorded and alert me on my phone exactly every time someone was close enough to my door that was not supposed to be there like the Ring door camera or Vivint door camera then this lock would be a Dimond best of the best in my opinion
