Would Not RecommendTape only lasted 2- 3 years then cracked and peeled up. Entire 400sq ft deck needs to be retaped & resurfaced. Looking for a more permanent solution.

Great product but follow the directions!
Would RecommendTakes practice to use as the adhesive is agressive & will stick to anything (you, tools, areas not intended, etc.). Once you make a few mistakes with it, you learn how! Excellent product & will NOT come off unless 'drastic measures' are utilized. Packaging could be better but, with some patience, it's doable.

Would RecommendThe seam tape is so much easier to use than other butyl tapes. It goes down easily and is great that it is already primed for the roof sealant to go over.

Glad I chose this tape.
I was hesitant about buying this tape because of the price. After applying it to the seams on my roof I was glad I chose this. Application was very easy and the tape stuck to the metal in a way that gave me a sense of ease thinking the tape is secure and most likely long lasting.
