Now I have to go into the store to replace which totally negates the online order so I didn't have to do that. Plus, now I have to order another one, and pick it up at the store. So instead of zero trips to the store, I now have to make 2. This is flexible plastic. Seems like it was broken when it was shipped

The boom is significantly shorter than a typical household broom. This makes it a bit awkward to use. It was only after I tried to use it that I realized that it's designed for working close to the floor, or for a vertically challenged user!
