Disappointed

Its function is to wash clothes, but it leaves them filthy, and the worst part is the customer service is terrible. I don't recommend it; I will never buy LG again.

I bought this washing machine 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I wish they had a delicate cycle on it and I use the deep fill for every load.

Avoid Tullahoma TN Lowe's

Review addresses Tullahoma TN Lowe's customer service problem - not the washer... The appliance department salesperson who sold us the washer failed to click "Haul Away" on our order as we requested (twice). When the washer was delivered (by a third party), they refused to haul the old washer away given that the salesperson failed to check the box. O.ur washer was moved in without a ny. scratches to machine or walls. We were given excellent instructions they both were polite and knowledgeable. We are extremely grateful for their work ethics.

Good to Great Machine

Coming from a front loading machine I was skeptical, however, I have not had any issues with the 5 loads of laundry done in the first 24 hours of owning. We have the matching dryer as well. The 2-way dryer door is great. Both machines are pretty quiet and have less vibration compared to our old front loaders. Happy we went with the agitator vs impeller wash plate per other reviews. Best washer and dryer set I have had

I was on the fence when we purchased this set. Some people said it barely got clothes wet enough to wash. I did not have this problem and honestly do not know how that would happen unless you didn't set the settings properly. My clothes are clean and do not have a musty smell. Items that had rust stains from my previous washer are now stain free. I love the app that lets me know when the washer is done and how it reminds you when to run a clean cycle.

Poor wash performance

I was really excited to use this washer. Was tired of my old front load washer and the mold smell. I am very, very disappointed with this $1000 machine. If you use scent beads on any setting except "high fill", they will not dissolve, get stuck to your clothes leaving a residue to dried clothes. I made sure I put a small amount of scent beads in before clothes. My husband's overalls do not come clean even when using the hot and high fill settings.
