Working good...
Bought this washer a couple of weeks ago and so far it's washing great. WAYY better than my old GE with no agitator. Turbowash even seems to clean well in a short time.

Love the agitator
After owning this machine for about eight months, it stopped draining. I tried several different troubles shooting tips. Nothing worked

Should have gotten a whirlpool
I purchased this model less than a month ago. Not too happy with it. It leaves a film on my clothes and doesn’t put enough water in the machine to wash them. When u turn it on it automatically goes to the hot cycle which I hardly ever use. I like to control my own water level but this is suppose to be a good washer.

“Extremely Disappointed With This Washer”
I have had nothing but problems with this washing machine. It has been frustrating, unreliable, and not worth the money. I would definitely think twice before purchasing this model. I’m sharing my experience to hopefully save someone else from the same headache.

No SOAK Feature!!! What engineer decided that!!?
Who in HECK designs a washing machine WITHOUT a SOAK feature??? I’ve tried “workarounds” from various forums but they do not work!! The “workarounds” say: 1) start your cycle; 2) Once there’s enough water to soak your items, Pause the cycle BEFORE agitation begins; 3) Turn Power OFF; 4) Let soak for desired time; 5) Turn Power back ON and let the washer resume its “normal” washing function. Absolute bull!! After doing Step 1-4, the SENSORS in the washer — keep in mind the washer is powered OFF...

Disappointed
Would Not RecommendUpon waiting all day for my new washer and dryer it was finally delivered at 3:00 in the afternoon. Then was told the hoses for the washing machine had not been brought. I bought them, by the way, but they were not on the truck. So, now I have to wait another day for the hoses to be delivered to my house and my new washer and dryer installed. This is completely unacceptable!! This will be the last appliances that I purchase from Lowe’s. And the delivery men could not even speak English...
