Would RecommendIt is the most quiet washer I’ve ever heard. Only had a few days. It’s my first with impeller. Clothes are clean and satisfied with installation, installer and overall purchase
Product is great. Had a big dent in side on unboxing. Delivery person took a picture and told me I would be getting a rebate. Never happened. Called Lowe’s and they were not helpful.

Prepare for a part-time job
Would Not RecommendI absolutely would NOT recommend this washer, especially if you’re transitioning from a machine with an agitator. The learning curve is significant, and even if you think you’ve figured it out, you haven’t. Detergent with ANY dye whatsoever in it will stain your clothes - nearly all our white towels and sheets have blue and brown splotches on them now. Gets clothes clean but does not extract water
Would Not RecommendThe washer itself works fine, no timer, which is fine, the timer on my previous washing machine wasn't very accurate anyway. But for how long the spin cycle runs, I'd expect the clothes to come out dryer. They're almost wet. It doesn't matter load size or material. They won't be dripping, but they're definitely not anywhere close to what my previous washer was like.

This machine works well, but I miss the soak cycle and the low spin option of my old LG. The people who delivered and installed the machine were excellent.

Does not thoroughly rince
Would Not RecommendOn our first use, we tried to wash towels. The wash cycle did not appear to totally wash the towels. The rinse cycle did not remove the soap. Even an extra rince did not remove all the soap. We are very dissatisfied.

I bought Consumers Guide’s top pick. As soon as my black Samsung dryer dies I will replace it with the matching LG. Very nice installers, too.
