Leaked Day 16 - Can't get a replacement or return
Would Not RecommendWasher leaked after 3 weeks, and apparently I'm just stuck with it. Delivered 9/2 and leaked 9/17. Lowes told me the 48 hour return window has passed, so I have to go through LG warranty. LG sent a technician who couldn't reproduce the issue (it didn't leak while he was here). LG won't acknowledge that there's anything wrong with the washer, so now I'm stuck with an expensive washer that I can only run when I'm nearby to watch for leaks so I don't wreck my floor. I'm lucky I had a water alar...

Would Not RecommendThis is my second LG washer purchase. The first machine lasted almost 7 years, but had several repairs. Bought another one in 2024, and it is in need of a second repair already because it leaks. I am finding it costs too much to own an LG with the frequent repairs and replacements. If you do buy one, be sure to be ready for breakdowns, and definitely buy an extended warranty!

Replacement LG Washer
We had an LG washer for near 15 years. Very pleased with its performance. So, when it went on the blink, felt the wisest thing to do was replace it rather than put a lot of money in for repair. We purchased another LG, and in the 3 weeks we have had it, are very well pleased. Saved with the sale on at Lowe's and communications prior to and of delivery excellent. Deliverer set it up and tested it out to ensure operation. Very satisfied with entire process.
