LG is the worst! Appliance never worked
Would Not RecommendZERO STARS. Bought this refrigerator and had to wait a few weeks to unbox it due to construction. Plugged it in and would never cool. Took 10 days for a service tech to come to fix it. He called LG and said it should be replaced because it was a pretty complex issue. They denied it and sent him parts. By the time he receives them and can come back out it will be another TWO weeks! Called LG again and they escalated it and said I would be called back within another 24 hours for someone to decide ...

Would Not RecommendThis is a really long story. I went to Lowe's in Bryant and purchased seven thousand dollars' worth of appliances. One of those items was an LG refrigerator. The refrigerator was delivered to me on the 28th of May, along with a washer and dryer. The delivery included installation of the washer and dryer, which was not done. no mention of right hand door and non-reversible
Would Not Recommendmy refrigerator came in with a right hand door. i wish they tell me so. only thing mentioned on the specification is "integrated door" i just assume it is reversible. only good thing is the price.
