Ratings & Reviews for LG 8.6-cu ft Counter-Depth 22-in Wide Top-Freezer Refrigerator ( Black )

Scam

Do not purchase this refrigerator. Mine came in with a defective compressor out of the box. Lowes refused to return the item and told me to contact the manufacturer. When I did contact the manufacturer they told me to call lowes for additional help. I have since filed a chargeback with my credit card company, this is nothing less than fraud!

Perfect for a Tiny Kitchen

I have an absurdly small kitchen clearly designed by a man of the 1930s who'd never cooked or baked a day in his life. The house came with a standard-sized Whirlpool fridge from ~2006 that made the room feel even smaller and more awkward, which stressed me out whenever I walked in the room (reference 1st photo). The fridge door couldn't fully open to the left or right as it hit either the oven or the cabinets, so the veggie and fruit drawers at the bottom couldn't open enough to put my container...

Great features.

I bought this refri/ freezer last month. I can't find any better appliances in this size for my basement. It is energy efficient and has shelves on the door! It needs an additional 1/3" depth to comfortably hold a gallon of milk in the door. I squeeze it in hoping it doesn't strain the plastic too much. There are two storage cubbies in the door. There is room for a 3rd, so an adjustable additional piece would be helpful. I love the meat drawer. I use it for meats and cheeses. I love the...

Great little fridge

We’ve been using this fridge/freezer in our garage for a few months now, we love it. It’s just big enough to use as an overflow for infrequently used things (ie: ice packs) and to stock up with extras when things are on a good sale. For anyone else who might find themselves in our situation, we had an electrician come in and add an outlet, but it was a GFCI. Because of the way power surges for any refrigerator/freezer, it kept tripping the outlet and turning off. We eventually had replaced to a ...

Great Little Fridge

I bought this item two weeks ago and have been very happy with the product since. It regulates temperature well, has bright LED lighting inside, and looks really nice. The only complaint that I do have is that I wish the door was reversible. This model does not make it possible to switch which way the door opens.

Perfect for my small kitchen

Love LG appliances this is my fourth and this refrigerator is perfect for my small kitchen. Stainless steel looks up to date, quiet operation and a good variety of storage.

Space saving solid fridge

We had a tiny nook where only a small fridge could fit and this fridge fit perfectly. I only wish the doors could switch sides. The fridge and freezer both work great though. Going on 3 months now
