Be aware of what you customarily store and space.

It is an excellent refrigerator that fits in the space we have. It is very similar to the previous model with a few differences. I miss having a dedicated butter space, but there is ample space in the doors to store many things. I would have liked more flexibility in how to adjust the horizontal shelves. It was not possible to have one shelf low enough for tall items like milk, which have to go into the door.

BREAKS RIGHT AFTER 2 YR WARRANTY - DO NOT BUY

It broke with the error code FF E right after the 2 year manufacturer’s warranty passed. My mom had the same thing happen to her LG fridge after 3 years. She got lucky with an extra year I guess.. These appliances aren’t made to last anymore and LG sure doesn’t care about making lasting products. They want you back buying every few years. It’s sad. Save yourself the $ and buy another brand!

Horrible

We have not been issued our refund for this fridge and it has been over two weeks. It is absolutely ridiculous and should not take this long. We reached out last week and they said it should have come through already. It didn't, we called back today and they said that it would be another 7-10 business days before it would come through!! That's terrible, especially with such an expensive item to not have the refund for this long is horrible. Extremely frustrated.

Almost the perfect fridge for the price!

I love everything about this refrigerator except one minor thing. The upper drawer in the freezer doesn't pull all the way out. It's not a big deal, but just a minor nuisance. Aside from that, the freezer is big enough, the refrigerator space is HUGE and we can see everything in it very well. The ice maker and water works really well, and the fridge looks really fancy.

Spacious, but Slows Wifi

Very spacious. The size is great! However, it is a smart fridge, so uses wifi which may interfere with the speed at which other things operate. That can be disconnected, though, if you find it unnecessary.

Great refrigerator and excellent installation expe

Fridge works great, connects to Bluetooth seamlessly. Ice maker and water dispenser works great. No complaints. Installation went smoothly. Would recommend Lowe’s for appliance purchase if price is right

Perfect

I like the French door style which is new for me. I can now see everything even all the way back. The water and ice dispenser work great. The fridge looks fantastic.

Great delivery service

Good product. Delivery service was very good. Excellent communication before arrival day of delivery, by driver. Carefully inspected path into house and measured before unloading to be sure they could get in. Was very tight fit and they did great making sure to carefully bring it in with no damage to unit or house. Would like the same delivery crew anytime I order from here!
