I really like how quiet the LG Refridgerator is!!

This refrigerator is SO much more convenient and roomy than any refrigerator we’ve ever had before. With the refrigerator above the freezer, we taller people can easily see everything on the refrigerator shelves. Also, when the freezer is down below, all the cold air doesn’t spill out when the freezer compartment is opened.

Make sure it works right away.

I like the space in the refrigerator, and the design of it. I didn't want a door water and ice dispenser, so this was perfect. But the installers didn't turn on the water connector for the freezer, and when I figured that out and turned it on, the ice maker doesn't work and the unit leaks. They are coming to fix tomorrow, so fingers crossed.

Plenty of Storage with 28.7 ft.³ of Capacity.

This is a great standard no-frills refrigerator that is solid as a rock and performs excellently! There is no water dispenser and we did not want one. Ice is made and dispensed in the freezer compartment, which is exactly what we wanted. We had problems before with an icemaker that was in the refrigerator compartment, and we eventually had to shut off the ice-maker and remove the water supply so there would be no leaking. Pleased with Purchase

Paul the salesperson was great. He was a little harried due to lack of staffing. He was patient and professional with us. He took his time discovering our needs. Lowe’s inventory was very good. The store’s network and internet were poor. I wasted 45 minutes waiting for emails from Lowe’s for purchasing, Lowe’s Charge card signup,etc. The delivery was exceptional. Getting the refrigerators in and out of the house was amazing and done with precision. Refrigerator was installed in about 20 minutes....

JUNK!

Exactly 2 years of ownership and the freezer and refrigerator just stopped working. Compressor is blown and leak in the coolant line. Would not recommend this refrigerator or any LG products. LG has gone down hill with all of their products.

Chillin' again

Our family was in desperate need of a new refrigerator after our six years old unit died. There was not a lot of availability in the size and options that we were looking for, but the sales associate spent a great deal of time helping us locate what we needed, and we were able to have it delivered in just two days. The delivery team was excellent and ahead of schedule.

Sanford, FL Lowes thought I was a crook

I bought a $1800 refrigerator from the Altamonte, FL store. The associate said that I needed an ice maker connector hose also so I said ok. They delivered the refrigerator a few days later. My husband said that we did not need the hose and the delivery guy said no problem, just return it. So I went to return it to Sanford, FL and they would not accept it. I had the receipt on my phone and it said it was a ten foot connector and the one I returned unopened was a five foot connector. I had not ...

Bright, spacious, good control

I don't love LG products but this is the updated version of the fridge we had before. Unfortunately I bought a TERRIBLE Frigedaire unit before this. This unit is bright, wide and has great temperature control. The only concern I have is the freezer handle is a latch-like mechanism. I assume with kids it will break in the future. But it also may keep the freezer "locked". Time will tell

Great bang for the buck

We really like the styling of this fridge. It resembled our old Whirlpool one that we are replacing. Unfortunately, Lowes didn't have a fridge that was the same style and larger cu ft so we decided to try an LG. We have well water so we don't need the water and ice in the door, which just takes room away from door storage. We like the door open chime, but not the drawer pulls from the bottom to open. Freezer has great space and easy access. We remove the ice maker and it gives us even more space...

I have no other complaints.

I am very happy with the refrigerator except for one thing. The handle on the freezer feels very loose. I handle it very carefully, raise it up to open the freezer. I think if I hold it down to open the freezer the handle will come off after a few openings.

Fits perfectly in a 36” wide hole.

The LG refrigerator is huge. Plenty of room for everything.
