Nice Fridg But...

Nowhere on the product has the Energy Star Seal so I'm not convinced that it actually is. After a few days the right side door will not close properly so I had to call LG for a repair that will take 13 days for a repair person to come to my home. That's too long in my opinion.

I like the french doors with the freezer at the bottom.

Reiver and Jeferzon were very careful when bringing the appliances into the house. They cleaned up the packing material . They were very friendly and helpful.

Lowes does NOT install this refrigerator

the Contractor Lowes hired to deliver and install the refrigerator REFUSED to detach the old refrigerator and install the new refrigerator because they were not certified or licensed to do so. they pulled out my old refrigerator from the wall, and refused to put it back, telling me i should push it back in, which causesd me pain and harm. they were irresponsible and negligent and need to be sued. Lowes is liable fir hiring unqualified personnel who could nit and refused to complete installation...

Main Shelf Instability

The main shelf above the crisper drawers is not stabilized. It rocks back and forth between the weight based on the front near the doors and the back of the refrigerator. There shelf constantly moves. The upper shelf half a "lock in feature", the main shelf does not

Its a good refrigerator

I love it

Well made easy to open doors with a lot of room.

We like the size and the way the doors open including the freezer. We chose one without the water dispenser because we pick up our own. However Lowe's has the same model with the water dispenser if you want.

Garbage

I have had this 10 months and it is already freezing my food. I changed temperature and still doing it. I am moving the shelves back to the default setup (which is a nightmare in itself) to see if this resolves it. If so, why even have adjustable shelves if you can't change the arrangement. The other viewer was right, this refrigerator is always on sale. Total joke. Save yourself a nightmare and find something more reliable.

French Doors are great

I have had my LG for a year, it’s not new and for the most parts art I have loved it, till it died on me in August
