Has a big miss, but a lot hits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher works well. Says it's a smart appliance however remote options require turning power on. If I'm out and remember I didn't start. I can't remote start unless I'm home to hit power. That makes this option completely worthless.

Worst Dishwasher I've Ever Purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product in June. It worked for two months and then threw and error code AE, even though inspection revealed no leaks. The dishwasher would not reset and will not function with the AE code still active. Allegedly LG service is showing up at some point to look at it. Even if they do show up and fix it, it is unacceptable for a product to brick itself in under 2 months. I've owned other dishwashers and never had a problem ...

New LG Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using my new dishwasher for about 4 months now. It has a wide variety of settings - dishes come out clean unless I use an incorrect setting. Fairly quiet and very easy to keep the front of the dishwasher spotless. Love it!

LOVE LG PRODUCTS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE MY NEW SMART TOP CONTROL WITH 1-HOUR WASH & DRY QUADWASH PRO TRUESTEAM AND DYNAMIC HEAT DRY DISHWASHER, EVEN THOUGH I HAS TO SEND A REPAIR REQUEST IN ALREADY FOR THE TOP RACK ASSEMBLE THAT HOLDS THE SPOONS AND FORKS WHICH BROKE AND NEEDED REPLACING.

I've had this a little over a month and I only like it so so. It cleans but when I have the dry boost added it still does not dry dishes. Lower rack seems flimsy and bends over so my glasses don't stay upright

Damaged looks like refurbished item.

Dishwasher has 2 deep scratches on front surface.The bottom only had 1 screw and was badly bent.Manager would order a new one or give 15% off really did not want to bring it back and wait 3 or 4 more weeks for another one so we ended up keeping it. The damage looked like a previous used unit ,the top 2 screws for mounting were bent in line when you install it and tighten and it bends the 2 metal brackets from tightening tight it with a screw gun

Dishwasher good, Installation Bad

It was not originally delivered with the installation kit that was included in my order. The responsibility then fell on me to coordinate any additional install/service calls even though I had paid for the install kit and the labor to do the install. Dishwasher woes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this dishwasher for 10 months. I’ve been underwhelmed by it. It doesn’t clean my dishes as well as it should. The sprinkler arm under the top shelf came off already & had to be replaced.

The dishwasher is so quiet I have to check to make sure it is actually running. I love the third shelf for my knives and small meal prep cups. I love that I can download features from my phone especially the feature to do a 15 minute rinse of the dishes so they will not produce odors while waiting to fill up the dishwasher during the week.

Love the 1 hour cycle.

Love the 1 hour wash cycle....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher, I had to replace my 20 year old KitchenAide, so I chose this one... I love the one hour was cycle. I do think that my KitchenAide was built a little better and the rack seemed to be a little sturdier. But this one I really like due to again the one hour wash cycle!
