DO NOT BUY No quick wash and no heated dry options

I would never have bought this dishwasher had I known the quickest wash option is TWO HOURS LONG. No quick wash, no way to NOT have a heated dry option. Absolutely stupid. I should have bought another Kitchen Aid. I live in Los Angeles and had to get a permit for Lowes to be able to install this dishwasher. It took weeks. SO now I'm stuck with this dishwasher and it's 2-3 hour wash cycles. And I can't wash so many of our mugs, water bottles, etc bc there is no way to turn of drying.

Very nice but very loud

This dishwasher was easy to install and fits flush in our cabinets. It looks really nice. I also like the stainless steel tub. However, when the sprayer hits the dishwasher door from the inside IT IS LOUD. It sounds like going through a car wash. You will not want to run this with company over. We only run it overnight now. It is loud.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD

Do Not count on the Lowe’s Installation Team. The first time they were to come out and install my dishwasher, they were no shows without even giving me a call to let me know they were not coming. The 2nd time, the installer said they could not hardware it in, I had to call an electrician, even though in December, they hardwired the existing one in. Broke in 4 months

The wash pump started making a grinding noise within 4 months of purchase. LG customer service was awful. They sent out technicians twice with the wrong part for my appliance. Ultimately, after over 2 months after my initial warranty claim, they could not replace the part or the appliance and I was given a refund. I am still fighting for the delivery and haul away charges to be covered. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.

Cheaply Made

I have owned the dishwasher for a couple of months and wanted to give an honest review. This will be the last LG appliance I will ever buy. Our dishwasher we had before died and we needed something to get us by until we do our kitchen remodel next year. My wife’s only requirement was that it had the third rack on it. This does have that. Terrible design of space

I’ve had Samsung dishwashers in the past and have been able to put a sheet pan on the bottom rack (vertical at the end) while also having mason jars on the 2nd rack and also having the 3rd rack. This dishwasher makes you choose. In fact I can’t even put my taller glasses on the 2nd rack when it is in the higher position in order to fit the sheet pan. Sketchy Delivery

The box in which it arrived was in poor condition and open at the bottom. Drivers showed photos of box when it was loaded at the warehouse showing the box in this situation. This is the first time I received an appliance from Lowes in which the box already came open instead of being opened in my presence at my residence upon delivery. We will see if everything goes well once installed.
