Excellent machine

Bought this unit about a month ago. Paid for there installation program. LG dishwasher has great a rack just silver ware and knives. The dishes come out clean when used with cascade platinum. Has a neat feature the opens the door when done drying. Has enough capacity to clean large bowls. No moisture left ultra quiet

Cleans great

Love LG products, they are great quality and last forever. I was a little disappointed in this dishwasher. The door is a little flimsy and all cycles take at least 3 hours to wash and totally dry. It does do a great job of cleaning, dishes come out perfectly clean. It’s great if you aren’t in a hurry.

Works great

I’ve only used it a few times as I have had it about a month . It is pretty quite and does and excellent job at cleaning and drying. I have a few LG products and have been very impressed with the quality of their products.

Clean simple profile, very quiet, easy to install. Lots of capacity, with a top third drawer for utensils.

No cord?!?!?

I am not sure how it works. I cannot use it because it doesn't have a power cord. I know, power cords are SUPER expensive so I understand why LG doesn't give you one, it could bankrupt them.

H0rrible installer through Lowes

I bought a dishwasher and the installer said he couldn't hook it up unless I had a plumber come out. He wrote on a piece of paper what I needed to have done. Then the installer came out again and said I needed something else done which he never told me aboout the first time. I would have to rehire another plumber at a large cost again. I told the installer to forget it! I still haven't gotten my refund back! Don't ever use Lanny Bercier to install anything in your house!

Bottom tray doesnt roll

The worst fitting tray ive ever seen on a dishwasher. As soon as you load even one dish it falls off the guide into the basin. I called and reported the issue months ago and was told a replacement was being sent. This was months ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t read enough reviews before I purchased this because many people have the same issue and cannot get a replacement set. Absolute garbage.

Generally Dis-satisfied

3rd rack is useless. No room for glasses on the middle rack. The top rack out. Opens when done instead of having a done light. Does not clean very well. Glasses have a white ring around the top.

horrible dishwasher and worse customer service

DO NOT BUY THIS PILE OF GARBAGE. we had this dishwasher installed last September and it wouldn't clean and dry a single dish if we spit shine it before putting it in the dishwasher. It truly sucks. When we tried to get someone from CRST Home Solutions/Lowes to come out and service it, we were told on 4 different occasions that someone would come check it out.....all 4 occasions no one contacted us or came over. OK machine, dissappointing customer service

The dishwasher is working fine but the self opening to vent is annoying. My greatest problem is with Lowe's Customer Service. The price kept changing in my cart and was dropped $50 a few days after. I contacted customer service and they refused to refund or credit the $50 difference.
