Wasnt made aware of some of the features in store,

I purchased dishwasher on 6/22/26, i received it on 6/30/26. Installation was fine, installer very courteous, I had no physical paperwork only email. I am very upset that my warranty starts on date of purchased instead of date item was received. You are requesting paperwork hardcopy that I do not have because none was given I would like this rectified and have all of my warranties (1 yr and 5yr additional) start as of date I received item

Nightmare design

This dishwasher has been horrible out the box. The bottom tray has not closed properly since we got the dishwasher. We’ve tried different configurations and consulting the manual. It’s just defective. The two upper trays close well but the design of the middle tray makes it hard to fill it with both bowls and glasses and tall glasses are out of the question. I regret this purchase and wish companies like Lowe’s would ban posting paid reviews.

We purchased this dishwasher in May 2025. Immediately after installation, noticed the bottom rack was not rolling properly and then the wheels started popping off. After trying to trouble shoot it on our own for a few weeks, contacted LG. They told us they were going to send us a replacement rack. It never arrived, when we reached out again a month later we were told to continue waiting. Worst dishwasher on the planet

The bottom rack of this dishwasher is unusable. The rails for the wheels are WIDER HORIZONTALLY and MORE NARROW VERTICALLY than the wheels on the actual rack. It refuses to stay on track. The dishwasher itself will knock it off track when it’s running a cycle. Several of the wheels have broken on it after only a couple uses. Trash design inside / wheels pop off

Pros: Cleans amazing Super quiet Cons: The design, even our glassware is too tall for the top rack. The basket is plastic The wheels are plastic and pop off under any weight on the bottom rack. The wheels do not stay on the track anytime there are dishes on the bottom rack. And pans are too tall for the bottom shelf. By the time we used this dishwasher our 48 hour return policy was up. Bad design

I don’t normally submit reviews, but this dishwasher has a major flaw in its bottom rack. Like so many are saying as soon as you push it in and it has dishes in it, and it’s not overloaded, it falls off the track. We’ve had to totally unload it to get the track back on. Keep in mind I’ve only had it three days.

I have had my dishwasher now for almost a month. Canyon came and installed my dishwasher and did a wonderful job. He was made sure to leave my kitchen as clean as when he came to install the dishwasher. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and the delivery/installation.

I want to rip out and throw out the window daily

I have had many dishwashers in my life. This is a pile of junk. Have only had for a few months and the bottom rack always comes off track. Tried to see if the rollers are just off but seems like the rack is nist too small and falls off rail. Two rollers broke already because of it and GE parts said they do not have exact ones needed. I finally upgraded to this LG front control dishwasher after years of using the “bend over and guess” top-control model that made me feel like I was auditioning for a yoga fail video. Says delivered June 30th. Order was ;placed then

Terrible service at Lowes. sometimes you find a salesperson sometimes you wait on multiple visits for over 40 minutes. Only to get help form a flooring gut and then another time a windows guy. The story is so long. Make sure you know what gets installed and set up. guys told me washer and dryer don't get set up then I paid them to do it.

Needs Service and Support More Than It Works

Consistently non operational. Have the support number in speed dial and I’ve been through 3 or 4 different error codes. Consistently turning the breaker off for days at a time in order for it to reset. LG Support says they will have a technician reach out and it takes a week or more to get a text message. Avoid this product.

Doesn’t work well

The cleaning of the dish washer works well but he rollers on the dish holder doesn’t stay on track. We have had issues with it the first day we got it. The wheels are poor quality

DO NOT BUY

You will see a lot of reviewers have the exact same complaint. The bottom rack does not stay on the track. It repeatedly comes off the track and will not slide in and out.
