Nice dishwasher, but nozzles keep clogging.

Weve had this for a while, but nozzles keep clogging with large food bits. we keep precleaning plates, cleaning out trap, and I think I'm reseating the filter basket but end up having to clear out solid bits of food out of the nozzles every couple months

AVOID !!! - piece of junk!

Owned this for 3 years. Never dries dishes...never! Second, the arrangement, both top and bottom racks, is terrible. Lastly it clogs all the time. Had our previous KitchenAid d/w for 18 years. Never clogged once.

Cannot get service

Cannot get anyone to come service this washer:dryer. Everything we do it say service unavailable. We purchased an additional 3 year protection plan…for what?? I’m not sure. When it does work, it sounds like a jet taking off and vibrates the whole house. All the pipes vibrate when in operation.

Overall joy.

This new dishwasher is a very satisfying item. The racks are a great improvement over older designs and the top (3rd) rack for flatware is ingenious. The only negative item is the control panel which is very hard to read. It is dark, small and difficult to see.

Amazing

Terrible purchase and not 24 inches

This product is not 24 inches as stated. I have an unsightly ridiculous gap between my cabinet now. But what’s worse the installers destroyed my sink trying to pull my cabinets in order to connect the dishwasher to the cabinet. Major damage very dissatisfied never never again I buy LG nor shop at Lowe’s.

Always moist inside, does not dry dishes

This dishwasher is junk! I called in June for tech to come out, supposedly no one in my area. It is now August 21; was told a rep would be calling me, but no one yet. I have complained several times; I was told I would get a refund or a replacement. I do NOT want another piece of junk! This dishwasher gave me colitis and I have been very ill. It is always moist in the unit and doesn’t dry the dishes. I do NOT recommend!!

Terrible product

This product is terrible. I washed poorly and doesn’t dry at all no matter what dry cycle you use. It has also constantly leaked even after a repair was made

dish support rack failure

For the third time, the pins supporting the dishes on the second rack have failed. They are designed, badly, to either prop up the regular dishes or when folded down, support large dishes. The pin clamp that is supposed to keep the supports vertical continues to fail leading to the dishes crashing onto the rack bed. Pinching the clamp does not work. Sending us another version of the same bad design is a waste of our money and breaks dishes. Please send us a better designed machine.

A Great Choice

I bought this LG dishwasher to replace an approximately 10-11 year old LG. I basically got the new version. It cleans very well, runs quietly, dries well. It’s very good for the $. A cheap DW costs more to run, maybe doesn’t clean as well. An expensive one is not guaranteed to last longer than 10 yrs. This LG seems to hi the sweet spot of affordability, efficiency and efficacy. Exorcism Needed for LG Dishwasher

Remember the movie Poltergeist from 1982? Well, my family came together and unanimously decided to name our LG dishwasher “Carol Anne,” the movie’s protagonist, and for good reason. Low quality product

Have had dishwasher since 5/24 and is already breaking down. Call lg and they said it would cost us $424.36 for service labor and parts. That only about $150 less then what we paid for it new. Had a local repair person come too look at it. They said it was the direct drive which warranty for it is 10 years. But LG said it would still cost us $424.36 since we didn't get the extended warranty for labor and repairs. What a rip off! No more LG products again in this house.

a lot is good but the racks are awful

It does a great job cleaning the dishes. I like the way it looks. It is sleek and simple. I like how the door automatically pops open at the end to speed the drying. I hate the racks. The bottom rack jumps off the track unless you very gently push it in. Also the left front wheel keeps falling off. The top rack tines are weirdly angled. Beautiful look but not durable.

I loved my dishwasher but in less than a year it crashed. It stop doing a whole sickle, it sounded as it was just draining and it won't stop, I had to pull the braker down for it to stop. It was unrepairable.

Dries poorly

This dishwasher dries poorly and the interior is always wet. I fear that I’ll get mildew inside. It also cycles very slowly

It only worked for 10 days. No review at the moment. Still waiting on repair or replacement
