While the dishwasher works well, the controls are not intuitive. You have to select a separate button to dry the dishes and even then, that doesn’t result in dried dishes. It difficult to know when you purchase a dishwasher how it will operate since you can’t try it out.

This LG dishwasher replaced my 12 year old LG dishwasher which kept going into a default code. I love the no fingerprint stainless and quiet operation. Dishes come out clean and dry.

The sales was absolutely great. Our sales person was great, informative, and very helpful and attentive. The after delivery was a pain had trouble paying it because it wasn’t time. Had trouble putting it on a debit credit. Not what I was hoping for

I bought this to replace an older Frigidaire that was no longer getting dishes clean, I believe the pump was going bad. Based on Consumer Reports ratings and reviews I expected good performance out of this LG dishwasher. Installing it was simple enough, looks great in the kitchen. Runs extremely quiet. Wash Motor went Out after 2.5 years

First off let me say, I really did love this dishwasher. It cleaned so well. But it broke after owning it for 2.5 years. The warranty was only for one year and so we were out of luck. My normal repair guy doesn't fix LGs so we had to find a new repair company. They came out and quoted us $600 for the new motor plus the labor and service diagnostic -- it was going to $860 to do the repair. So now it looks like we are going back to the drawing board. Super disappointed.

The whole purchase process was handled professionally. Tony (Lowes Mooresville store) was fantastic. He found the dishwasher I wanted right away. He set up a delivery date and told me I would receive a call to verify the date and time for the delivery. He no later said that and my cell phone and it was the installer. Now that is service. The installer came right on time and did a great lob. The dish washer does a great lob.

Perfect design and size. LG is a winner every time

Spacious oven, quiet operation. Knobs are chunky, and look weird, but safety switch is a plus.

Great Features

I have only had this dishwasher installed for a few weeks. It works perfectly and is a lot quieter than my last dishwasher. I love that the tub is stainless and holds a lot of dishes. It has the top rack for utensils which is a plus. Also love that the racks and tines are adjustable.

BE AWARE,SMALL CAPACITY

If you use mugs , tumblers, and cereal bowls, unless they are extremely narrow, none of these will fit at the same time. It seems to be made for tiny teacups and custard dishes, oh, and long stem glasses (who uses those anymore?) It should be sold as a design for specialty elegant dinnerware only.
