Don't Buy this dishwasher
Would Not RecommendWould give zero stars if possible. This dishwasher has no heat element to dry and depends on Rinse Aid to dry your dishes. Its awful. We have to open our dishwasher and slide the racks out to dry the dishes over night.

Would RecommendThe unit itself is better than the one it replaces. It is quiet, it cleans very well, and the capacity and layout is better than our previous dishwashers. The process of getting it was fraught with difficulty. There was a lack of communication between the sales staff and the distribution center. We ended up with the floor model and I had to transport it myself and have the delivery fee refunded. This is the first time I’ve had problems with Lowes purchasing procedures.

On 8/14/25 Lowe's salesman Richard aka "Rick” in Lowe’s store in Rome, Georgia, told me Lowe's would not install this LG to replace a Whirlpool I had paid Lowe's to install ten years ago. Consequently I paid him to have one shipped to me. On 8/25/25 it was delivered to me from Lowe's store in Ft. Payne, Alabama. It was damaged when I got it.
