I would buy again and again!

Absolutely love my new dryer, the capacity is great for a large family like ours, it completely dries every load. I love how it has the steam fresh setting to help get wrinkles out of your clothing. The AI detect helps with moisture detection. Plus it’s energy efficient.

Best Dryer for the price

Very quiet & efficient. Convience of the two position door. Like the many different drying options available.

Torn clothing

First load and already a damaged shirt. Thought it was a fluke but I see other have had this same issue. Wish I had read the reviews on this site before I purchased. This is a design error for sure.

AI Drying cycle works great!

The dryer works really well. All the settings, the special AI driving drying mode and overall programmability make it a very useful dryer for our family! I would have given it a "5", but the unit did have an issue with the exhaust vent inside the dyer, as the dryer kept catching articles of clothing and ripping the item. HOW EVER, LG Service was able to replace the part and the dryer has worked well since the update!

New Features Not an Advantage

Dryer has features but regret paying the high price for them. The top is not flat so stuff falls off when you wash and dry clothes. There is a check you have to take the time to push to ask if you have cleaned the lent out. Feature to cut off when things are dry but sometimes it cuts off too early.

Great product. Bad delivery experience from Lowes.

The dryer works great. Like the AI mode so far. But the delivery was bad. The tech lied about having connected the dryer vent and said I just need to plug in power and use it. When I first ran it, the laundry room got hot. Had to connect the duct myself and fiddle around in the cramped space. Would recommend thorough inspection before letting the techs walk away.

Worse Than The Earlier Version

Like most unnecessary “upgrades”, this new version is terrible. The dryer light doesn’t work consistently. The clothes & dryer sheets get bunched up at the threshold of the door so everything comes out wrinkled. The machine is slanted so you cannot use the surface as a folding area because everything slides right off onto the floor. The lint trap is difficult to clean because it’s folded & all the lint collects in the crease. Also, for every load, you have to dial the knob through many menu...

Disappointed to LG

top is slanted

SO far works well, there is a design flaw, it has a slanted top, who puts a slanted top on a dryer. The clothes basket wont stay on it, clothes that are folded slide off. This is crazy, has the designer ever done laundry ?

Horrible appliance

Stay away. Known manufacturing defect, yet LG still sells it. Don’t be fooled into buying this so-called high-end appliance. Not worth the headache. Will ruin your clothes- twists them up between the lint catcher and drum. So many of my clothes have been ruined and LG’s resolution team refused to call me back- I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks. Where are you?

Love it

Love my new dryer. My old LG was slowly dying and taking forever to dry. This new one is quick and efficient. I like the fact that I do not have to fill a container anymore with water for the steam feature, which I use a lot. Having it able to connect to the LG App is really convenient. I also like the duo door which is convenient for loading and unloading. Overall very happy and no complaints. My previous dryer lasted 14 years so I'm hoping this one does too.

Worst Dryer Ever

Apparently there is a known issue where a gap between the lint filter and drum catches clothes (mostly draw strings) and ruins whatever clothes get caught. We have had this dryer for 1 month and it has already ruined multiple pieces of clothing.
