Got this dryer to match with my washer the set looks so stylish together. The dryer connects to your WiFi and the THINQ APP. Clothes come out hot and not wrinkled especially after the steam function.

Love my washer and dryer but the service was impossible to use. They actually came out to fix the washer, but it was the dryer that needed to be fixed and they wouldn't touch it. I tried to get them to come back but it was just too much of a hassle. So my dryer exhaust just fills my laundry room. So disappointing.

Actually I have been waiting over 5 weeks for a call to come look at my dryer because it is not drying properly. I contacted spencer's home appliances where I purchased it from. Spencer's informed me you (LG) would reach out to me to come look at it (since it was still under warranty). I have heard nothing.

Replaced LG with LG. Did not go as hoped for.
I previously had a LG washer and dryer. The washer stopped working after 18 years. A good run. Bought a LG washer and dryer as replacement. I liked the old ones much better. The black doors and top show every spec of dust and finger print. My previous units were gentle on clothes. This set is not. Also, the default settings are strange in comparison. Waterproof settings mean warm to hot. Waterproof for example should be cold. Every setting option seems warmer than it should be on bot...

Great upgrade and performance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great appliance. Our old LGT was over 10 years old so time to upgrade and boy what an upgrade. Love the Wifi feature that tells me when the door is open, when it starts/stops, clean the filter, etc. Very quiet with virtually no vibration. Would definitely purchase again but hopefully will have many years of excellent service.

Poor construction
A year and 5 months in and we have a cracked drum! It is just me and the wife with no heavy use at all. Very disappointing to have this kind of failure already.

Would Not RecommendBought this dryer Dec 2022. We are now 14 months since the purchase and the PCB display board went bad resulting in the dryer not working. Really???? Is LG making such mediocre appliances that a basic circuit board dies in 14 months? Cost to repair - parts and labor - estimated at over $600 for a $950 dryer. Stay away from this mediocre manufacturer

Dryer stopped heating 2 weeks after the warranty expired. Hopefully the replacement parts last longer than the original. No other issues
