Terrible Customer Service
Would Not RecommendI went to our local Lowes store and helped my mom order vertical blinds at the end of October 2025...we are still waiting for the blinds to be installed and it's the end of December 2025. We chose to install through Lowes. The installer came and was doing a great job, but when it came to the final 2 blinds there were 7 brackets missing and he could not complete the job. Good installation
Would RecommendThe product is exactly what we were replacing, which is fine. Guillermo was a good installer, even if a bit slow on setting up the installation appointment. I was disappointed Lowes didn't automatically give the credit for the measurement deposit on the final bill. I had to go back to the store to inquire about that, but it was credited.

Poor craftsmanship and poor quality.
Would Not RecommendHad already been disappointed with the level of light these blocked but then the tilt mechanism broke after only about five months. After it broke and I looked at the pieces and you can see a hole in the middle from poor molding. Literally the most critical piece in the assembly has an air gap in the material at the connection point.
