AWFUL!!

NIGHTMARE

Bought 3 blinds none them fit perfectly after they cut them , was at your store 3 days and a total of 6 hours trying to get it right poor customer service except for 1 person.

Cut to Wrong Size

I had two of these shades cut to my measurements. Both were cut much too short. Lowes keeps no record of measurements, and when I took them back I was initially told they were non-returnable items due to the custom cuts. They eventually issued a refund, but I had to waste a second trip and wound up with no shades. Also, the white shades picked up a lot of dirt from the cutting station, which is not well-maintained. Unfortunate

The purchased item was too short. I returned to the store 3 hours later and the manager told me I could not return the item since it was on clearance. There was nothing posted about this policy where I purchased the item or at the checkout, but I was directed to the return policy online. The manager offered to donate the items as he said he could not restock them. I don't mind a policy if I am made aware of it. It is really easy to make a pop-up on self-checkouts and would appreciate more help f...

The finished cut product was not satisfactory for installation.

Easy

Came ready out of the box. Easy to hang. Took me maybe 10 minutes!

It love that it gives me the security that i need. Lovely shade.

Poor Spring Mechanics!!

I like the color of the product. However the product mechanics is very poor quality. The spring to roll the shade up is not strong enough to roll the shade completely up but rather half way. I thought I had a defective product so I returned and got a replacement but that one had the same issue. Also two shades were trimmed to an inside mount yet when mounted the brackets were up to an inch different on each end.

Easy to hang

It has damage from sitting in the package wrong. The roller blind is wrinkled.

Overall good

My first purchase and self install went great Then I ordered 4 more but they were cut too narrow I was able to make it work putting bolts between bracket and wall, but not ideal.
