Does not come with tabs to raise or lower shades.
Would RecommendThe two Levolor shades I purchased are perfect! They are cordless, very well made and the blackout shades are exactly what we needed for the bedroom. They were not custom shades and they were cut at the store. The only thing missing were tabs to lift and lower the shades. tabs were not even available to buy as an accessory.

Of all the DIY shades, the Levelor is among the best. The width-cutting machine is surprisingly simple and accurate. The mounting template makes installing it easy. The product is handsome. The light-blocking models are truly light blocking, without being bulky.
